In order to reduce waste, our craftsmen do not hold inventory and instead make each neon sign to order. During the craftsman's work, there may be slight marks on the acrylic panel on the surface.
※ Warranty details
If the item is damaged upon arrival, we will provide a partial refund, or repair or replace it.
However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by carelessness, contact with people due to the installation location, failure due to weather or environment, discoloration, deformation due to the characteristics of the material, or defects caused by use other than the recommended method. In addition, the warranty does not cover failures caused by man-made or natural disasters. Installation costs, installation costs after repairs or replacement, losses due to business closures, and penalty fees are not included in the warranty. Damage to the product or injury during installation work is also not covered by the warranty. After the warranty period, only parts other than the sign body can be replaced for a fee. Silicone tube neon signs are made by hand by craftsmen, so there may be some individual differences in the tubes and holes. If you need to specify holes, please contact us in advance.
