If the product is damaged after arrival, we will provide a partial refund, or repair or exchange it. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by carelessness, contact with people due to the installation location, failure due to weather or environment, discoloration, deformation due to the characteristics of the material, or defects caused by use other than the recommended method. In addition, failures caused by man-made or natural disasters are not covered by the warranty. Installation costs, installation costs after repair or replacement, losses due to business closures, and penalty fees are not included in the warranty.
