This time we will introduce the food truck cafe " We interviewed Masae, the manager of Tabizora Cafe -YAHIKO- | Spicy Curry and Lemon Shop .

Masae originally worked as a photographer and video producer for international cooperation overseas, before starting a food truck (kitchen car) with her husband Kiyo.

Using the many organic vegetables that arrive at Kiyo's parents' house, she makes spicy curry that children love.

She is also involved in the Food Ribbon Project, which aims to "deliver warm meals" to children across the country.

*Food Ribbon Project: When a customer purchases a ribbon for 300 yen, one ribbon will buy a child one meal. Restaurants can also provide meals at cost price. This is the support system.

Could you tell us what first made you want to purchase a neon sign?

The company that made the original food truck for us had seen examples of stylish neon signs being used, and I wanted to try putting one on my truck too. We didn't have one at first, but when we started doing more nighttime business, we decided to make one.

I found them through an internet search. The website was stylish and the price was cheaper than I expected, so I decided on them without comparing them with competitors. I had a logo in mind, so I was worried about whether they could make it with that logo, but I'm grateful that they were able to make a lot of adjustments quickly through LINE. It was good because it was done quickly. I was able to get a good image of the product I wanted to create. I had a picture in my head, so I'm glad I was able to make it a reality!

It was exactly as I imagined, and it was bigger than I thought. It had an impact, so I attached it to the truck and it stood out, so I'm glad I chose the size. There were several spots where customers could take Instagram photos, but there was no logo inside or on the front of the truck. I'm glad we were able to create a photo spot on the front.

Masae recently gave birth to a cute baby girl. Her goal is to travel around the country in a food truck and deliver hot meals to her by the time her daughter turns two. I was impressed by her wonderful goal and the powerful way she planned and executed it.
