This time we will be introducing Bar & Dining TORRENT, located on the 4th floor of SHIBUYA STREAM HOTEL, a hotel located right next to Shibuya Station in Tokyo.

Located directly connected to the station, this open-space bar is characterized by its spaciousness, and its seamless, open atmosphere and high-quality art make it an attractive bar that creates a creative atmosphere.

Marketing Assistant Manager Arisa Hagiwara explained, "The bar is located next to the hotel's front desk, and the angle makes it difficult for customers to see it, so they don't notice it and don't come to the bar." To solve this problem, she put up notices in the hotel rooms, installed digital and neon signs, and held DJ events, among other efforts. Thanks to these efforts, the bar is now immediately visible when you go to the front desk, and the number of customers has increased significantly.

Furthermore, on March 24, 2023, Torrent reopened "TORRENT HOUSE" as a bar that can also be used as a private space. For seminars and meetings, it is a space to generate creative ideas, and for parties, it provides a place for people to interact with each other in a modern atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle, with high-quality food and drinks.

We were honored to place our neon sign at Bar & Dining "TORRENT," which caters to a wide variety of occasions, both for individuals and groups.

Located on the 4th floor of the SHIBUYA STREAM HOTEL, just a short walk from Shibuya Station, there is a bar & dining called "TORRENT" next to the front desk that is open to the public. However, due to its location and angle, the bar is difficult to find, and there was an issue of low customer numbers. Marketing Assistant Manager Arisa Hagiwara thought that a retro neon sign would attract customers' attention, especially in this digital age, and installed our neon sign. Could you tell us what first made you want to purchase a neon sign?

There is a "Bar & Dining 'TORRENT'" on the 4th floor next to the front desk at SHIBUYA STREAM HOTEL, but it is difficult to see from the front desk due to the angle, and guests who come down from their rooms to visit the bar end up going to other restaurants without noticing its existence. In order to appeal to the bar's presence, we thought that using a retro neon sign in this digital-dominated world would attract customers' attention, so we considered purchasing one.

Now that you have actually started decorating with our neon signs, we would like to hear your thoughts about any parts that are difficult to use or whether you have been able to achieve the effect that you were looking for.

The part that was difficult to use was that the floor-standing marquee light neon sign was not very stable and would easily fall over. However, your company's employees worked to improve the situation, and now it is installed stably. After actually installing the neon sign, the number of customers who noticed it increased, and in fact the number of customers has more than doubled.
